Returns and damages - Valerie takes great care when packaging to ensure your Stained Glass piece is fully protected. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged due to the nature of transit, please email Valerie no later than 24 hours in receipt of goods with clear photographs of the damage.

Cancellations - Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within a period of 14 days. However this does not include made-to-order or bespoke commissioned orders. Valerie will allow a 24 hour period of cancellation to receive a full refund starting from the time your purchase was made. You must inform Valerie by email if you wish to cancel.

Workshop bookings T&S - The 24 hour cancellation applies as above on any workshop session bookings.

Valerie the tutor reserves the right to reschedule a session due to illness, minimum number of attendees required to cover hire costs or if any issues arise with the hired venue space

Delivery Information - Items are packaged safely and delivered via Royal mail using 48 hour tracking. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 24 hours. Please note where the item description advises made to order there will be a longer lead time. Any commissioned the deadline will be agreed with the customer on acceptance of the bespoke order.
